Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address information, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept the order, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the package and products.
