RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Littleroots Pakistan. We are committed to providing high-quality baby clothing and accessories. Please read our Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order.

Exchange Eligibility

We offer exchanges under the following circumstances:

  • The item received is damaged or defective.

  • The item received is incorrect.

  • The wrong size was delivered compared to the size ordered.

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The request must be made within 3 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • Original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.

  • Proof of purchase and photographs of the item may be required.

Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept exchanges or returns for:

  • Used or washed baby clothing.

  • Products with removed tags.

  • Products damaged after delivery.

  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items unless received damaged or incorrect.

Refund Policy

As we primarily operate on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis, refunds are generally not offered.

Refunds may only be approved if:

  • The ordered item is unavailable after payment has been received.

  • A wrong item was delivered and a replacement is unavailable.

  • A damaged item was delivered and a replacement is unavailable.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

Exchange Process

To request an exchange:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the item.

  3. Our support team will review your request.

  4. If approved, exchange instructions will be provided.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed and will be handled according to courier status.
